The first photo is taken at the moment when the product is not pushed out by the ejector pin after mold opening, to confirm whether the product has serious defects or whether the other half of the mold has any adhesive film.
The second photo is taken at the moment when the product is fixed by the ejector pin and before the mold is closed, to confirm whether there is any product mucosa or foreign matter residue inside or outside the mold cavity, as well as whether the ejector pin and slider are in place. In any case, the mold protector can accurately determine and control the molding machine to prohibit mold closing and issue abnormal alarms.
In addition, safety door alarm elimination and safety door action re inspection functions have been added.
